Only the breakfast was nice.

The hotel staff was very impolite and rude to us. He charged us an additional 100 Euros for 3 Nights (33 Euros each night) in spite of full pre-payment done through Booking.com website. The location of the hotel is not good as no transportation service is available after 7:00 PM in the evening and we have to pass through a mountain forest area to reach the hotel from Interlaken west station. The staff also did not allow us to cook our dinner as we arrived at 11 PM in the night saying the kitchen gets closed by 11 PM. I would not recommend this hotel to the travellers and request the Booking.com team to refund my 100 Euros charged additionally by the hotel staff.
