proximité du Duomo

réservation payée sur booking.... une fois arrivés ( 8 personnes en 4 chambres) l hôtel ns demande de régler de de plus car sur la réservation, seuls 4 enfants apparaissent sur leur écrans sans aucun adultes... hors, la confirmation écrite sur booking mentionnait bien 8 pers 4 adultes et 4 enfants) Il a fallu tenir tête à plusieurs reprises afin d être entendus pour que l hôtel lui mm s arrange avec booking car le problème ne venait pas de nous. hôtel classe 4*, cependant les services et la propreté n étaient pas de ce standing. le personnel ne parlait pas du tout italien de surcroît.... difficile si vs ne parlez pas anglais.... déçu dans l ensemble... cependant, le petit déjeuner est tt de MM varié, bon et joli.

Maddalena was perfect en steekt handen uit de mouwen om werk van collega’s te doen. Een housefeest in het verhinderde een notmale nachtrust, want was toegestaan tot 1 uur. Ook overigens een gehorige omgeving.
