Hotel Haus Arenberg

Vuoren rinteellä mahtavat näkymät hotellista, ihana aamiainen, hotellin pitäjät niin mukavia. Pieni kävelymatka kaupunkiin ei haittaa!

The hotel is charming, and very conveniently located - offering the perfect mix of tranquil/private/“rural” hillside setting with the convenience of being a short walk (over the bridge used in Sound of Music!) from the Altstadt with its many attractions and amenities. The large apartment - with private balcony overlooking the garden and trees- was renovated to a high standard and offered spectacular mountain vistas! The bed was super comfortable and bedroom even had its own balcony access. The breakfast in the panoramic dining area/terrace was delicious and had so many continental buffet and even cooked options. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The friendly elderly couple who run the hotel were not the most communicative in English… I suspect would have had easier rapport with German speakers. They missed to inform us of things like the Salzburg mobility ticket (gives free public transport to tourists). This was a minor point.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühes Check-in. Parkplatz inbegriffen.

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, die Zimmer sind schön und neu eingerichtet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Bequeme Betten, auch das Schlafsofa ist komfortabel.

Im Bad würden ein paar zusätzliche Haken für Handtücher gut tun. Sonst alles bestens

Все було добре, місце растошуваня в дуже тихому місці в номері прибрано також є холодильник, чайник, кавоварка, власна не велика парковка, до історичного центру 15 хвилин. Господарі 🏨 добрі люди. Сніданок скромний але в наявності.

The property has convenient parking and an excellent location. It is within walking distance to major attractions, including the Old Town (about 1 km, partly uphill). The room was very spacious, the staff were kind and very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The walk to the Old Town involves some uphill sections, which might be a bit challenging for some guests.
