Zeitnahe Kommunikation Unkomplizierter Check-in und out. Strukturierte Anlage und gute Ausschilderung. Zentral gelegen.

Unter dem Dach bei Hitze unangenehm. Lüften nicht ausreichend möglich. Dies auch, da der Flur durch Türen geschlossen ist.
