İlica Hotel Spa & Wellness Thermal Resort

First of all you dont have to many of options when it comes to the " 5 star hotels " in cesme and ilica . We stayed 3 nights . Rooms where not to the standard of 5 star , dark and the view is not full see view. Thats pretty much the worst part , they can defiantly do some renovation on the rooms. Food was really good and i can tell you , You wont find good food in any hotel in turkey period. Staff was suprizingly very kind , smiling face's and helpfull again something very rair in turkey. We spend 370 euro per night which i find it abit expensive for this hotel but it was high season. All in all good choice.

First, I would like to comment on the people who work at the hotel. They were all very kind, positive and hard working. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be, however it was ok. I personally will not visit this hotel again due to the customer profile and their attitude and approach. As a result; customer service by staff was my positive aspect about this hotel.

All personels were good but they used low quality materials in rooms specifically bath which not on the level of five stars hotel. In terms of value for money its not good. But their staffs were exelent.

Liked our stay top to toes. Nice beach and sea, helpful staff especially in the restaurant and front desk, great spa and massage, clean room. My all expectations from a 5-star hotel, as expected. Will be back, thanks

Overall will not stay there again

I like the amenities at this hotel such as the access to the beach, the pool and the dinner buffet with a lot of great options. What was a downer was the lack of staff friendliness and service. I have stayed at 4 more hotels before this one in the area and Turkey and this one was lacking the service card a little. In addition, the rooms were not the best with toilet not flushing and hearing everything from the outside.

Surprisingly positive, easy going yet well organized hotel. Best location on the sea side. Very easy to reach via the high way from airport

Excellent choice . The hotel is in good condition, staff are nice, clean. The pool was great, especially the water park that is free for the hotel guests. The only thing to notice is that you need a car. The area is kind of isolated. But 10 min drive and you are at Alacati , Cesme

This resort was absolutely amazing! Our family stayed at this resort for 4 nights and we were pleased with everything. Their service and food was fantastic and the activities were wonderful! Highly recommend
