"Tired hotel rooms . "

Well located hotel and beautiful lobby area. Great staff . Valet parking which is helpful. Our room was extremely small, the towels were old and needed replacing , the bed comfy but pillows were not. I would say the hotel needs a refurb.

"Checkin horrível "

Checkin foi horrível. Porque o hotel não tinha a reserva e apesar do Hotéis.com enviar novamente, ficamos na recepção por mais de 1 hora e a recepcionista respondia só frases automáticas. Não fez nada para ajudar. Essa 1a impressão foi horrível. No restante as acomodações do hotel são excelentes e o café da manhã maravilhoso.

Local é maravilhoso. Situado na serra mas próximo a Covilhã, permite ampla gama de visitas a pequenas cidades ou a trechos variados da Serra da Estrela. Aposentos confortáveis, serviço impecável, bom estacionamento.

After a winding road we arrived at a beautiful hotel. Checking in was done with ease and our room had the most beautiful vista, garden’s wonderful well worth the journey.
