Corte Milanese : non so quanto antica, ma tipica e con splendidi gelsomini alti come gli interni a due piani......ad adornare i muri. Se riesci ad avere lo sguardo selettivo,, NOVATE conserva squarci di urbanistica passata , dove puoi intravedere quel paesaggio andato e ormai snaturato, da una scriteriata crescita edilizia.

Per certo hanno problemi a gestire i posti auto interni.......: dovrebbero limitare le presenze al nr. effettivo di mezzi che il piccolo cortile può ospitare. Diversamente - e on line è relativamente chiaro - si creano problemi evitabili.

Pareti veramente troppo sottili o male isolate, si sentono le stanze accanto come se ci fosse una tenda. Quindi il comfort dipende da quanto sono civili i vicini...
