Hotel in ottima posizione per le visite ai principali siti e in zona perfetta per ristoranti e tapas. Hotel in palazzo storico con fresco cortile interno e camere ampie e comode. Personale gentile e professionale, alla nostra richiesta di fermarci una notte in più sono riusciti a sistemarci pure con camere al completo. Gradito il drink offerto all’arrivo.

Prachtige ligging in het oude centrum en het zeer karakteristieke gebouw. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam.

The location was fabulous. The hotel was quirky and interesting - a lovely place to stay. Dog friendly too which was great. The breakfast was delicious.

Parking was a bit challenging with our big car and it was a bit of a walk away. All that said it was manageable and to be expected for old town Sevilla

The location is perfect in the Santa Cruz area, with lots of Tapas restaurants and the main sights in Sevilla within walking distance. The atmosphere feels like stepping back in time with elegant decor and attention to detail. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The price was reasonable for the area. It was very clean and housekeeping were very good. Very little noise from other rooms adjacent. The staff at the registration desk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us and the restaurant staff were very friendly and made feel welcome and cared for. All in all it is an unforgettable experience.

Communication before the visit was superb, on arrival check in was fast and welcoming. I had ordered cava and fruit to the rooms and all was in place and worked well. The rooms were well equipped and pleasantly decorated, our bathroom was a tad in need of a freshen up but nothing else. The room/bathroom was lovely and clean. The location of the hotel is spot on - within walking distance to many of the sights and even with its central location it was very peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful hot or cold on offer with an array of different options - certainly well worth the price. We did not get chance to use the free coffee in the afternoon but that also is a lovely touch to this lovely hotel. We also had some tapas in the afternoon that were super nice. All the staff were lovely - there was 6 of us in our party and all of us had no complaints and would most certainly return again.
