Superó nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos: - Desayuno: con tanto opciones buffet como con platos calientes preparados al momento (perfecto para embarazadas) - Habitaciones: muy espaciosas y cómodas - Servicio: todas las personas con las que nos cruzamos nos ayudaron en todo momento (¡mil gracias!) - Ubicación: en la propia Santillana, que es como levantarse y estar en una película de Disney - Parking: muy espacioso, aunque con espacios limitados (no pasa nada porque hay parkings muy cerca) - Historia: la propia Casa del Marqués tiene una historia increíble, y es un lujo dormir ahí

The size of the room was great as was breakfast. We enjoyed it so much, we booked another night.

La ubicación inmejorable. Está en el centro del pueblo y tiene parking. El desayuno excelente.

Se ha invertido en renovar los baños que están nuevos y muy bonitos pero al resto del hotel le hace falta algo de inversión, las telas se ven un poco viejas. En el precio en que está la habitación sería recomendable ir mejorando habitaciones y espacios comunes progresivamente.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr atmosphärisch mit den alten Balken und den dicken Mauern. Die Terrasse erwies sich grösser als erwartet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, vor allem der Kaffee. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr leichthörig, vor allem durch die Decke. Wenn im oberen Zimmer jemand telefonierte, konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. In einem 5-Sterne Hotel hätte ich neben dem Wasserkocher auch eine Nespresso-Maschine erwartet.

This place is amazing! Very atmospheric and refurbished for modern comfort. Beds were great, clean, big bathroom and spacious room. Very quiet. We also had nice breakfast at the hotel.

Food for breakfast was good but very ordinary.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Santillana del Mar. You can park at the hotel. The staff is very kind and was able to give us good recommendations for a vegetarian dinner.

Maybe it's because we were Dutch and therefore quite tall that we hit our head multiple times to lamps that were hanging quite low in the room. The pillows were also too soft which led to having back pain.
