The swimming pool is open in the summer months every day from 10:00 to 20:00 (bathing until 19:30) Access is guaranteed from 14:00 on the check-in day and until 11:00 on check out day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Wonderful resort in Faenze, Italy"

What a lovely place!! A unique place, surrounded by nature, a small lake with flamingos!, wonderful SPA area, 2 very good restaurants, a cocktail bar and some other facilities. Wonderful staff, cordial and attentive and very helpfull. A place that provides tranquillity. Highly recommended.

"Nice location let down by staff and room size"

Nice location and spa facilities, restaurant on site and secure parking.

The woman at reception was very unhelpful, the reception was badly signed and difficult to find. The room was extremely small. The on site restaurant was fully booked. The breakfast was ok, lots of cakes which is typically Italian

"Overly pretentious and dated "

Large resort with golf course, pools and restaurants. Friendly welcome. Room was dated and the bathroom definitely needed updating and the shower grouting was dirty but it was spacious and the bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The main pool was large and had plenty of shaded seating areas but wasn't quiet as there was a noisy wedding party by the pool. We ate at the Fennicottera Rosa Gourmet restaurant which was overly formal and the meal was only made by the fantastic amuses bouches and after dinner sweets - the main courses were unremarkable but the crepe Suzette cooked at the table was an art. We were woken at 1am by we presume the loud wedding party returning. Overly pretentious hotel for the elderly - not modern enough for us!
