"Comfortable stay"

We stayed only one night. It was good, clean and very well located.

It's not exactly a bad thing but I thought to share that the corridors are quite the maze and you have to go up and down small stairways as you walk through them. For whom stairs are a challenge it's best to ask for a room near the elevator

"Comfortable night in Cagliari to end a week visiting Sardegna"

Fast check-in on arrival, allowing me to enter the room well before the official check-in time, what was very much appreciated as I was rather tired from travelling the night before. Location is very good, near the train station and the main bus stops, while going up on the opposite direction we quickly arrive in the main restauration street in Cagliari. Spacious room, toilet and bathroom, with a nice desk and a spacious closet. Comfortable bedding.

Access to the room was somewhat intricate in view of the hotel wings disposition, but there is nothing that can be done about that and we quickly find our way when leaving and coming back to the room.

"The adjacent building’s rooms seem far superior"

The room I had was quite new and comfortable but it was in the building next door. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly.

The location of my room (next property) had a very damp unpleasant smelling entrance hall. Also reception in the main building is only staffed at limited hours which makes the whole place feel a bit part time. The room of my friend was in the main building and wasn’t great…a bit dated and no tea/coffee making facilities.
