The hotel is located in the center of Pozzallo. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Thank you :) Our rooms were large and comfortable. There are 2 beds in the room; фтв also an opportunity for beds; small kitchen; sofa; TV set

We stayed here for one night of a cycling tour. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate and very clean. The staff were very helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioner which was fixed immediately. The breakfast was reasonable but too many of the breads and brioche were in packets rather than fresh.

Jeg sjekket inn i nitiden om kvelden og måtte reise videre 0730 om morgenen. Frokost begynte ikke før 0745, så den gikk jeg glipp av. Jeg observerte kun en ansatt i løpet av mitt opphold. Jeg så ingen andre gjester heller.

Only upscale hotel in Pollazo while transitioning to ferry to Malta. Staff very helpful. So so breakfast. Very hard beds

The hotel is located central in Pozzalo. The staff is very friendly. Clean rooms in Italian style. We got a room away from the front street that was very quiet. We had a good breakfast outdoors in the backyard / patio.

Bb Very clean. Basic queen bed. Uncomfortable. Old pillows. Tiny bath area couldn't call it a bathroom. Very noisy from road and guests. All sound echos. Breakfast fruit or bread. Room large. Left 5 stsr hotel in Siracusa which was fabulous. This is 3 star and exactly ssme price. Wsy over priced. Should be 80 euro at best.

English is spoken by some of the staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the room which we had was quite large and well appointed. They presented us with a small momento on our departure. A lovely place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always impeccably clean and spacious, although the bathrooms are on the smallish side. They are also airconditioned and this is useful both in the summer, when it gets very hot as well as in Winter when the room does tend to get quite cold. In fact a possible suggestion is to have carpets in the rooms since there are currently none. Breakfast is quite good as well albeit with a limited choice. One final note, there are no lifts in the hotel.
