Très bon établissement. Personnel accueillant. Établissement très propre et calme. Je recommande à 100%

Emplacement très pratique, tout près des commerces. Literie confortable

Les sanitaires sont un peu vieillots (mais propres et en bon état)

Une autre personne a pris ma valise de lors son passage à la réception , j’ai dû changer mon train et rester sur place 4h de plus en attendant que l’autre personne revienne avec ma valise

Pas des sèche cheveux dans salle de bain, mais si vous là demande ça va être fourni . Le petit déjeuner ça vous pas le prix.

Équipement un peu abîmé (lampe de chevet grésillant, avec une prise rafistolée). Toilettes et douches communes un peu vieillottes.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Einfach und ausreichend in der Einrichtung; toll, dass Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und eine kleine Küchenzeile dabei war. Super Lage

Troppo rumorosa, la mattina il rumore provocato dallo staff per le pulizie soprattutto al piano sopra la mia camera mi ha svegliato ed è stato fastidiosissimo il rumore provocato dallo spostamento dei letti ecc….ma in generale tutta la struttura essendo molto âgée e in legno, anche semplicemente i passi degli altri ospiti si sentono tantissimo. Insomma camere per nulla insonorizzate.

The location of the hotel was good.

The staff were very cold. They did not seem to care much either during check-in or check-out. The reception person seemed very disinterested and very cold in behaviour! I mean u are in the hospitality industry, the least expectation is for the staff to be welcoming and being vested in customer comfort. The room and amenities were shabby, the coffe machine was spitting out dirt, the cups and coffee holders had a layer of dust on them so clearly no body cared to inspect the room prior to customer arrival to make sure things are spick and span. The price of the room is therefore not justified at all, way overcharged. I have stayed in hostels that are better maintained than this. Very disappointed.
