Hotel sehr gut gelegen, dafür aber sehr laut. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Highly recommend! Staff proficient, kind, helpful and good people! I had an accident prior to arrival and was at the local hospital, when I arrived they assisted me in every request to help me see their city, just what I needed during an expected accident, especially since I do not speak Italian. Maria and Angela were wonderful, made my stay!

Mi sono trovata molto bene. La vista dalla camera già da sola basta il giudizio eccezionale. Nonostante l' ingresso del Palazzo lasci qualche dubbio, la struttura è moderna e molto ben tenuta. Anche il servizio è stato molto buono.

Hotellet viste seg å være mye mer slitt enn det bildene viser. Det var forholdsvis dårlig renhold og rommene var tydelig slitt. Rommet var ut mot en meget trafkert gate. Men det var hyggelig betjening! PS! dårlig skilting til Alakala B&B.

Lag geweldig bijna in centrum[aan de rand van de stad] Alles goed lopend te doen. Wel veel geluid van de auto's aan de rondweg. Maar daar slaap je wel doorheen na een dagje slenteren door Palermo.

Good location but lots of traffic on the mainroad just outside the window all day long. But the design of the room was very nice and tasteful. The breakfast carried to us on a silver tray to the room was really nice. Dont care about the traffick. Its a good place. After a day in Palermo you vill sleep well even if the traffick is noisy.

Hotel staff was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Very pleasant stay. Jacques from NC

５泊したが、部屋は広く、清潔で快適であった。港に近く眺めも良かったし、各史跡は徒歩圏内で便利。この値段でバスタブつきであった。 ただ、場所が非常に判りづらく難儀した。

A decent hotel, breakfast area very small and an average breakfast (it could be improved), rooms terribly noisy as right on main road (about 6 lanes of traffic in total). However, the location was very good for sightseeing and fine for a 1/2 night stay.
