They provide all needed facilities I need check out at 4 am so they prepared my breakfast earlier Staff is very kind Rooms are clear Location is perfect 2 mins from beach 1 min from St Lazaria church 8 mins from airport

Furniture is old but you can see it in the photos they have so it is expected and fine I just couldn’t find anything else I did not like

We stayed at Livadhiotis City Hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Finikoudes Beach, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions nearby. It is a perfect base for exploring Larnaca. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, and the hotel offers great value for money. It is an excellent choice for both a beach holiday and a short city break. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Livadhiotis City Hotel to other travelers
