The spa at hotel is fantastic - great facilities for a small hotel. The hotel is charming.

The beds are rock hard firm and i like a firm bed - but this was another level hard so didnt sleep very well.

the room was excellent...but it was a bit odd that no cutlery or plates or glasses were provided even though there is a stove and fridge. Self catering must be an option if they have this infrastructure.

The breakfast healthy selections were meager...not enough fresh fruit...there were, however, tons of cheeses and cured meats, cakes...if you didn't arrive early, they wouldn't really replenish...the yoghurt selection skewed to sweetened and flavoured...more healthy options would be welcome...there was also no toaster, so that meant no toast with the egg...and the egg boiler timer was way off... The spa is fantastic but the outdoor spa area is forlorn and should be made more private and nice (it is a balcony just next to the road.)

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut. Unser Zimmer war wohl eines der älteren. Mitsamt lebender Spinne in der Ecke. Ansonsten aber einwandfrei. Die Rezeption wirkt sehr unaufgeräumt, und der Empfang war nicht sehr herzlich. Wir konnten die Kurtaxe nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen, da sie angeblich kein Gerät dafür haben. Es war unangenehm wie sehr versucht wurde uns zu einem Abendessen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant zu bewegen, obwohl wir bereits andere Pläne hatten und dies zum Ausdruck brachten. Insgesamt etwas ernüchternd bei dem Preis und den beworbenen Sternen. Wir hatten bessere Erfahrungen näher zum Stadtzentrum.

Cannot rave enough about how helpful the staff was. The receptionist and manager were so very helpful to us on our Tour du Mont Blanc hike. And the food in the onsite restaurant was amazing!

Location wasn’t very central but we didn’t have a need to leave the property so it didn’t affect our stay.

Excellent bed, very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The under cover parking was a bit of a tight fit for my fairly small hire car. And the room was a bit old fashioned, with pine cladding like a sauna!
