the attitude of the staff is something you have to experience for yourself. All the staff from the reception, to the breakfast providers and the cleaners behaved like the owners. I definitely recommend trying cocktails at a local bar in the evening. The view to marina an d mount Veusivius is a bonus.

Approach with medium+ sized car was a bit tricky, but with help from receptions everything was resolved positively :)

Friendly people, great location in the port away from the bustle of Sorrento, rooms have a wonderful sea-level view of the port and bay of Naples, Vesuvius and the city in the distance, and the sound of the waves. Characterful building, good terrace, free parking - need a small car.

Quite noisy in the small hours inside the hotel (2nd floor, doors/cupboards etc) - moved room to first floor, much quieter but lumpy bed!

It was a lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting made all the nicer by the wonderful staff who were all charming and couldn't do enough to help us.

One of the nights we stayed there was a strange noise that kept us awake for a while but we informed the hotel and they are going to investigate.

Lack of information on how to reach the location as a 1st timer. If better information is provided at time of booking confirmation, the 1st day arrival would had being much more pleasant.

View was beautiful. Room great. Staff very friendly. Dining area was lovely.

Quite a walk with many steps to go to the shops
