Hotel datato ma comunque mantenuto in buone condizioni. Ottima proporzione prezzo/qualita'

Stayed here for 2 nights on our tour of Sardinia. Quite an old fashioned style hotel but our Room was clean, good size bed, modern bathroom with good shower and clean towels. Free WiFi and air con. We had a very small balcony which just over looked some roof tops and only one chair. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the town centre. Peak season and the beach was packed. Just one quibble, the pool area isn’t very big and when we arrived back at the hotel after a long day to relax there, a family had taken all the sun beds and chairs!

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell, centralt och välkomnande. Trevlig personal. Väldigt bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Hotellet kändes väldigt familjärt och charmigt. Sköna sängar och tyst i rummet.

Tres bien placé pas trop dans le centre et assez proche pour y aller a pied Piscine déjà rafistolé mais pratiquable pour se rafraîchir. Hotel calme et propre Petit-déjeuner très bon et copieux. (Personnel un peu stresser de bien faire rapidement. Pas la peine c'est très bien ) Tres bon accueil !

Si tratta di un ottimo hotel, il servizio è impeccabile, la cucina è ottima e varia come pure la colazione del mattino, l’unica cosa che stona è l’area piscina che è inadeguata ad un albergo 4* ma viste le spiagge dei dintorni non è alla fine necessaria. I titolari dell’hotel sono molto affabili e simpatici. La posizione dell’hotel è buona 200 ml dal centro del paese

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in this apartment located in the old town narrow streets of Sassari.it was an easy 12 m walk to the train station the next morning.Excellent value and it was a pleasure to meet Ronny the owner. Highly recommended to all

This property is a little outside of the proper touristic city center of town but it only takes you about 15-20 mins to get there. There is also a playground for kids about 5 mins from the hotel with a bar for the adults to relax while kiddies play. The hotel is kinda old and the decor display exactly that but nothing that, nothing that bothers the regular traveler though. The swimming pool is nice, although the outside area is very small and will only accommodate about about 15 people at a time. We were there at June so it was not super busy so we did not run into any problems about getting spots by the pool. The reception and bar staff were super nice and helpful and in my mind is what really pulls this hotel up to a top rank. About the cons. 1) The pillows were one of the most uncomfortable pillows me and my partner have ever had to endure. 2) The tv is an old small tube tv which emitted a high frequency sound which drove most of crazy so we couldn´t keep it on at any time during the stay.

Nice hotel with super friendly stuff.

The hotel is ok, but the amenities are not for 4 stars. + very friendly staff at reception + clean, large rooms + shuttle bus to the beach or marina - the hotel looks very common, even kitschy sometimes - no view - very unpleasant attitude of staff at breakfast
