有阳台和没有阳台的一个价格，这是我觉得不满意的地方。 开始预定了一间无阳台，然后，因为门锁有问题，就换了一间有阳台的，但是房间小很多。价格居然一样，太不可思议啦！

We arrived at the hotel very late, and there was only one employee who spoke only Russian. I had requested an accessible room for a wheelchair user, but unfortunately it was not available. Also, the bed mattresses were extremely, extremely uncomfortable.
