"Loin, sale, bruyant."

Hotel en bord de route, très loin du centre en style rococo qui a mal vieilli. La réception ne parle presque pas anglais, la chambre est sale est sent la cigarette, on est à 40 min du centre en voiture... Bref, bof.

Bien que loin du centre ville, l'hotel est quasimenent un paradise. Calme,le personnel chaleureux,aucune drangement. Trop beau.je le conseillerai à tous ceux qui veulent visiter la ban lieu.

we chose this Runa Hotel due to some recommendation of my friends. They welcomed us by smile, it is so friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Service was fast for your needs. Location is very convenient.

"VERY GOOD SERVICES AND....."

This hotel was so good on everything, staring with the front desk staff services and the owner was extremely polite and very courteous with me and my husband. We were in Napoli for 10 days expending New Year's Eve vacation and we had stay in about 3 different hotels in the area, this was the best one we stayed and I wish we knew about it before, but definitely we're coming back to this hotel next year. Each single morning the front desk staff brought us the breakfast to the room (I have to mentioned that because it was so nice from them) Every request we had was immediately taking care from the front desk staff which every one of them were very helpful and very polite and courteous in every way. In the hotel area it's not to much to see but you can easily catch the bus to the train station in Napoli and move around and stay away from noise and the Naples traffic... The rooms were very nice and clean and furniture were very cute!! Me and my husband are so happy and grateful with each one of them, they really know how to take care their guest!!!
