Heel lekker ontbijt met enorme keuze

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Charme des Hotels. Das Frühstück war klasse – sehr vielfältig und wirklich lecker. Auch der Schlafkomfort war hoch, und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei und angenehm funktioniert. Fußläufig zum Schloss Sanssouci.

Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Anwohnerzone mit äußerst miserabler Beschilderung. Auf unsere Nachfrage, wie die Regelung funktioniert und wo wir außerhalb des Hotelparkplatzes parken können, reagierte das Personal völlig unvorbereitet. Die Erklärung wirkte so, als ob man sich mit der Thematik noch nie befasst hätte. Uns wurde lediglich ein Handzettel ausgehändigt mit dem Hinweis, wir müssten uns selbst orientieren. Ein absolut unzureichender Service.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage, zuvorkommendes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer

The hotel is a beautiful villa with garden offering a wonderful view over the city of Potsdam. It is located 5 - 10 min walk from the Sans-Souci palace and garden and 15 - 20 min from the city center. The area is residential with beautiful villas and buildings. The room we were given is located in a building detached from the villa. It was spacious and with direct access to the garden. It is equipped with eveeything we needed. Breakfast is served in the villa and it offers savoury ans sweet dishes. The hotel has paid parking slots which we used. The hotel is on the mid-high price but the quality, the beautiful villa and accommodation justifies it. Recommended.
