Очень красивые номера — было ощущение, что мы попали в старинный замок. Рекомендую брать комнаты не ниже категории делюкс. Мы приехали рано, нас встретили, хотя пришлось долго звонить, так как мы были там в 5:10 утра. Спасибо менеджеру — он позволил нам переночевать в другой комнате, потому что мы попросили место, где можно поспать после 8 часов дороги. Он вошёл в положение и предоставил свободную комнату, так как наша ещё была занята.

Персонал реагировал на все долго это сильно злило я такого еще ни в одной стране не видела .

Местоположение

Мы специально выбрали нлмер с камином. Когда попросили разжечь камин, нам отказали, сказали что камин разжигают только в вип нлмерах. Ответ нам покащался странным- так как в нашем номере есть камин.

"A cave hotel with spectacular views of Goreme"

We had a beautilfully cave room overlooking the town and other cave buildings and a good view of the balloons each morning. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food. The staff were attentive and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is high up on the side of the valley with access via the road or steps. There is a trail behind the hotel intothe next valley so you can follow the progress of the balloons or take a walk in anture. Fabulous!

All good. We had an issue with the shower drain and it was fixed immediately
