The welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the lovely smell in the room when I came in. The tram to Orly airport which is so close along with the RER C to Paris.

There's no elevator unfortunately which can be a bit annoying with a lot of luggage but that's ok as there's only one floor. Hopefully there are rooms downstairs for disabled customers.
