Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any question/concern.

The pool area could have used a bit of maintenance, and although unavoidable, the elevators/accessing different floors for the hotel was a bit complicated.

Esse Hotel fica logo na entrada do centro de Granada, perto de todas as lojas, bares e restaurantes. Tem um rooftop bacana, apesar de ser impossivel de usar pela lotação. Tivemos que arrastar as malas do estacionamento até o Hotel pois ele fica no centro històrico, penso que pessoas mais velhas teriam problemas com isso.

O quarto, apesar de muito bom, tinha uma vista bem ruim para o patio e era bem escuro. Tirando isso tudo bem confortavel.
