Śniadanie pyszne i wystarczające. Gospodyni super miła, uczynna i pomocna mimo, że dotarliśmy i 21. Choć mówi tylko po włosku porozumieliśmy się przy pomocy translatora on line.

Terrace Breakfast

Hidden costs and rude/moody host: The profile stated that this B&B has a SHARED kitchen (we always choose this option because of dietary requirements) but when the HOST saw me making LUNCH for my child she requested 5euros/day for using her kitchen. We argued that this is not listed on booking.com profile. When I politely suggested that she needs to remove SHARED KITCHEN from the profile so the guests don’t get confused she said that the kitchen is free but I had to ask to use it first(!) So confusing.. When I said that she needs to put the sign on the door and lock it up she turned abrupt and said that I have to go to 5star hotel and not B&B! She also accused me of running away because I didn’t want to pay money for using her kitchen and not saying goodbye (our taxi arrived early and she was nowhere to be seen)! We could not believe it! I told her it’s no about money but principles..and I ask not to judge others by her standards.. Tbh I half-expected being charged for using a terrace cause she didn’t look happy when she spotted us sitting there😁 (our room had a door to it). So intimidating.. Definitely our worst experience in our week in Sicily and 2.5 weeks in 🇮🇹 alltogether..We are in Taormina now and you couldn’t wish for more friendly, smiley, helpful host ❤️
