A good room with a great balcony

Breakfast was very healthy, with plenty of different options. All fresh food and staff was very friendly. The breakfast room has great views to the alps. Very calm place.

Coffee should taste better.

Breakfast was plentiful. if unspectacular. Location is superb - on the slopes and just off the main street. Upgraded from a single to a double room with balcony, which was very welcome.

Nothing much but it was a bit disappointing the restaurant and bar were closed.

We come to Saas-Free quite frequently to ski and this is in our humble opinion the best value in town. Location is great and close to the lifts, rooms have all you need for a weekend and the balconies with views towards the ski area ensure there's no dull moment. Are there better places in Saas-Fee? Sure - but value for price at Bristol is very hard to beat.

Breakfast could be a bit earlier for the skiers. Also beware that the apres-ski bars are really close and can be loud. Comes with the territory and honestly doesn't really bother us as the music doesn't go on all night. Just a hint to people who truly despise that kind of noise.

Great location, the boss and the staff are so kind and professional. Everything was excellent.
