avendo espressamente mesdo nella prenotazione " parking needed " all arrivo non ho trovato nessuna prenotazione.mi è stato detto di andare a libusina parking in centro senza certezza .cosi ho dovuto parkeggiare lontano al thermal hotel

Das Hotel liegt ausgezeichnet direkt im Zentrum von Karlsbad und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt allerdings, dass das Haus teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Frühstück war gut, es war von allem ausreichend vorhanden und das Buffet wurde regelmäßig nachgelegt.

Die Anreise zum Hotel war leider etwas schwierig, da Google Maps den Weg nicht korrekt zum Hotel gefunden hat. Ein kurzer Hinweis vom Hotel vorab wäre hier wirklich hilfreich gewesen. Dieses Problem scheint allerdings auch andere Hotels in der Straße zu betreffen. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls etwas problematisch, da Parkplätze echte Mangelware sind und die vorhandenen Stellplätze teilweise sehr eng ausfallen. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug wird das Ein- und Ausparken schnell zur Herausforderung. Zudem wirken die leerstehenden Geschäfte im Erdgeschoss etwas unbelebt und hinterlassen keinen besonders einladenden ersten Eindruck.

Zwei riesige Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten und Blick über die Dächern von Karlsbad. Eigentlich war es eine Suite. Schöne Stuckdecken, historischer Ofen, historische Flügeltüren, geschmackvolles historisches Treppenhaus, historischer Fahrstuhl. Für Liebhaber der "Bell Epoque" sehr geeignet.

Check in etwas unpersönlich über email mit Pin. Funktionierte aber sehr gut.

The location was great, close to bars, shops and restaurants, as well as being in the centre of what appears to be the nice and plush part of the town. It was walking distance from the bus or train station, through the main central town walkways, park and pedestrian areas (20 minutes with lots to see and mostly flat). The twin room was very large and comfortable, lovely mattress and a great sleep, great shower in the bathtub. It was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied; a small cooked section and a variety of lovely fresh rolls and sliced bread, with a continental selection. There were various fresh fruits, cereal and yoghurts etc. There was a fridge in the room, as well as a kettle and tea and coffee. The bathroom had complimentary soap and shower gel/shampoo. This was our first time in Karlovy Vary and we intend to return for longer than this one night stay. We will definitely look to book the Heluan again.

Nothing, everything was great

Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit hohen Decken in einem herrlichen Haus. Bett war bequem, das Frühstücksbuffet großartig. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Klare Empfehlung.
