"Cracovia nel cuore"

Posizione eccezionale, camera tripla grande e spaziosa, colazione a buffet con poche cose ma buone (i croissant in particolare erano eccezionali). L’hotel ospita un ristorante sardo autentico, con tanto di bandiera dei 4 mori che ti accoglie all’ingresso

La camera era un po’ umida e si aveva la spiacevole sensazione che le lenzuola fossero bagnate

The location is ideal Staff are very friendly and happy to help with suggestions regarding eating out, places to go etc.

Only a very minor dislike and that was the bed/s weren't the best. Squeaked every time you moved ever so slightly. That said I would still stay here again.

Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa e pulita

Al check in mi hanno comunicato che la camera era al 3 piano attico ed era raggiungibile solo a piedi (la struttura è sprovvista di ascensore). Con me viaggiava anche mia madre di 81 anni e nonostante abbia fatto presente la difficoltà non mi hanno voluto cambiare la camera, neanche il giorno dopo perchè dicevano che erano occupate, invece ho saputo per certo da una famiglia italiana di 3 persone che sono arrivate il giorno dopo (19/06) che hanno avuto una camera al primo piano. Questa è SCORRETTEZZA.
