The room had spiders, outdated furniture, and a shower cabin with a door that wouldn’t close. My child woke up with rashes and bite marks, most likely from the bedding — completely unacceptable. After lying on a sunbed for 2 hours, I was told to move because it was “reserved by the owners” — with no sign or warning. These were the only sunbeds near the kids’ pool, so I had nowhere to sit and watch my child safety. Asking a paying guest to give up their seat so the owners can lie down is simply unacceptable. The sunbeds were empty whole day … Breakfast was basic and disappointing — far below 4-star standards. Overall, a poor experience. Not worth the money and I would not return.

Hotel je ob jezeru. Čudovit razgled na jezero in čista voda. Plaža in hotelska nastanitev čista. Vse je bilo super👌👍🫶
