Not so Fresh room. Not good clean, no working tv and no working AC. Very hot

The hotel has free parking - it was important to us. The price was much better than other options in Novi Sad, including the Hotels from Garni chain. The rooms were big, but little old. The staff was very polite and available, whenever it was needed.

The breakfast was really something that does not go with expectations of a 4-star hotel. The hotel was not that empty, there were guests, while we stayed there for three nights.

Second time here, all is good, room is big, staff is friendly and nice.

Frühstück war nicht besonders. Nach einer Reklamation aufgrund des Straßenlärms(loser Gullydeckel als ständige Lärmquelle) wurde freundlicherweise ein ruhiges Zimmer zugewiesen. Lage der Unterkunft im Innenstadtbereich ansprechend. Klimaanlage war hilfreich.

Das Hotel hat wahrhaft bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die originelle Ausstattung ist super und könnte besser genutzt werden. Eine Renovierung des Hotels ist sicherlich angebracht.
