Decent hotel, very friendly staff. Not alot within walking distance except 1 nice restaurant. Only complaint was bed was as firm as i have ever experienced. I ached like i had slept on the floor. Oversized firm pillows disnt help. Asked and recieved extra pillows that werent so firm which helped, but it wasnt good sleeping for either of us. I feel bad saying as the staff was so great

The room was amazing! It was clean and smelled nice. We loved the bath and the water was quickly warm. There were more warm blankets in de closet when it was cold at night. We arrived at 10 am because of our flight but we could go in the room right away. The man at the reception was very friendly and helped us calling a travel agency and booked taxi's for us. Our lightswitch wouldn't turn off without having to ask it they fixed it. Best stay in Peru!

Bastante limpia la habitación y las instalaciones en general, bastante amables .

Helpful staff Great location - boarder of Miraflores and Barranco Breakfast included - we stayed there twice and the staff remembered and provided us with extra coffee

We stayed in the hotel twice within a week - the first room was fine but the bathtub seems to be leaking - need some updates in room 402

The staff, room and location were all excellent.
