La ubicación es perfecta, el personal amable, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno pagamos 10€ por persona extra, estaba muy delicioso.

We really liked the location, everything was very clean, and the staff were very friendly

I found this to be a pleasant, little hotel in the heart of of Catania. I enjoyed the fact that it's a stone's throw from most of the main tourist attractions of the city. The staff were super-friendly, and very ready with advice on getting around the city, places to visit and where to eat. The only downsides i found with this hotel are, there are no in-house dining facilities, plus there are quite a large number of steep steps leading up to the hotel entrance. Guests with heavy luggage or with mobility issues are at an immediate disadvantage on arrival. Not helped by the fact that there are no lifts attached to the hotel. The lack of dining led me to have lunch at the La Collegiata restaurant, which was recommended by the hotel staff, and is situated directly opposite the hotel. Not a very pleasant experience, but that's in a separate review.

Comfy bed, soundproof windows, a kettle and fridge always welcome. Central position. Friendly staff.

Quite a small room and tired bathroom.

No lift - staff who were not bilingual- unclean linen

Very centrally located. Level 15min walk from the railway although cobbled & up/down footpath gutter steps. Staff very friendly & helped carry luggage up/down stairs.

There are very steep stairs to the guest house level. No lift access.
