Gentilezza del personale. Stanza semplice, pulita e confortevole. Buona posizione non lontano dall'uscita dell'autostrada.

Poco spazio per la colazione, si creava un po' di caos.

Camera perfetta: calda e accogliente, molto spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e, soprattutto, estremamente silenziosa.

Forse migliorabile l’oscuramento: una tenda più efficace per finestre e porte-finestre renderebbe la camera ancora più confortevole.

Staff alla reception gentile e cordiale, camera nel complesso nella anche se con mancanze

Colazione pessima, non tanto nella qualità ( anche se purtroppo pochissima, anzi quasi assente il reparto salato), organizzazione assente, non è possibile avere tante sale da pranzo e non fare la possibilità ai clienti di peso sedere, nessun servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde, ma si deve andare a prenderle di persona al banco e ci si ritrova ammassati . Camera sprovvista di spazzolini usa e getta, dentifricio e varie ( scelta inesistente per un 4 stelle come rimarcato su booking). Camera comunque nel complesso pulita

Posto strategico per pernottare appena fuori Piacenza Personale gentile, camere molto pulite dal gusto tradizionale/rurale arredate con gusto. Bagno spazioso e confortevole. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e varia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Il phon in bagno purtroppo non funzionava ma in reception mi hanno assicurato che basta chiamare 24h per risolvere
