Apartment 4 You

It was warm in the building. Close to the center of the city.

Our family was separated on two different floors even though I warned the manager we are a family with two girls. The rooms had very unpleasant smell, someone has smoked there before us. Really old sheets and pillows, dirty and with holes in them. Both rooms were dirty. Broken shower stand couldn't allow proper bathing. Broken hangers in the bathroom The whole place is listed as an apartment complex but in real it looked like a dirty super low quality hostel.

The two advantages of the accommodation are the price and the location. Unfortunately, there is nothing else that I liked. Maybe it's that they don't charge extra for the pet, and that you can park for HUF 3,000 per day. The parking fee in that area is HUF 650 per hour.

The smell of cigarettes spreads everywhere. The entrance to the building and the corridors are very dirty. Getting into the parking space is a challenge. On the first day, the receptionist asked us not to use the car horn, so we had to go in every time for someone to open the gate. Then they asked us to use the car horn, but they didn't hear it. We arrived at 11 p.m. and had to pay the full daily rate for packing (for 1 hour).

Excellent apartment for one night stay, close to city center, easy to find, secure parking, 24/7 reception, vending machines in lobby, hosts are super nice, rooms are spacious and clean, wi-fi router is in room so signal is super strong, beds are comfortable and soft :)

It was close both to Nyugati and my destination. We needed only a stay to sleep and it was good for the purpose.

Window was not able to closed, it could cause trouble in cold weather (fortunately it was nice weather). Shower head didn't worked in 1 state and was very strong (because of scale and problems) in the other. 1 power socket was dangerous. Bathroom ventilator didn't work (it was said that the whole house is affected).

Heating was good. The manager agreed to prolongue the check-out.

Beds are uncomfy, ruined and old. This is the main con. Others are bearable.

Presence of kitchen (refrigerator, microwave), parking, Wi-Fi. The staff speaks English.

Bathroom sink won't drain water, liquid soap and dish detergent is very diluted with water, sponge in the kitchen is dirty. This is the first hotel where I didn't take a shower. The handle from the balcony door remained in my hand when I tried to open the door.

Location

No hairdryer. No hot water. No showerhead holder. No kettle. We were two in a three bed room, no ide why. Therefore no space. The walls were dirty. One fork only. The pillow case was not washed when we arrived. Smelled.. In eight days they never cleaned the floors or toilet/sinks. After check out they were chasing us to check out ... As the receptionist forgot we did already.
