"Great but..."

6.0

Was expecting more. The rooms are in ok conditions, not the luxury we were led to expect. It is overall nice but too expensive considering what's offered. Very good service though.

"Buen hotel inaccesible en coche"

6.0

"Beautiful historical hotel!!"

10.0

Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of downtown Granada close to (within walking distance) of many sight-seeing locations, but off the main thoroughfare about 1/2 block so that you have a very quiet and romantic setting for relaxation and rest. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfasts and were spoiled by local sweets prepared by Raul, one of the innkeepers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful in a country where we did not know our way around. They treated us like "home folk." We'd stay here again if we got the opportunity to return to Granada. A great city, and a great place to stay!!

"Wonderful service, homely stay,a unique experience"

10.0

At first we had trouble finding the place (we took the long hard route instead of going the shorter much easier route) but we finally located the Home after 30 minutes, and asking a nearby hotel. However, the 3 day stay at this Hotel was entirely wonderful. It is beautifully decorated inside - the owner, Lorena had definitely done a good job of this. There are no tv's in the room, but this wasn't a problem for us as it was a refreshing break from the norm. Best part of the stay was the service. Alejandro and particularly Raul, was friendly, courteous and made our stay at the home a very good one. Thanks to Raul, it made our stay unforgettable. The Home is also located just 2 minutes walk from the main tourist center and is in the heart of the old town. Would strongly recommend anyone to stay.

"Perfect location"

10.0

This house is perfectly situated for walking to Granada centre for bus access to the Alhambra and dinner venues. A very professional welcome by the staff-- a nice touch is the homemade delicacies served at breakfast. The house itself is a beautiful example of an old Arab riad, with a delightful covered internal courtyard. One slight problem was the shower temperature was only 'warm',not hot as that of the basin -- bizarre. We failed to report this to the owner,as the receptionist spoke no English, and I dismal Spanish. I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel in Granada.

"Inspiring setting, great staff, but old facilities"

10.0

Place is quiet with beautiful decor. only 7 rooms, beautiful garden to sit and have a late night drink,. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Staff is wonderful, recommended great places to eat and visit. Do not expect a modern facility, though being an old house is no excuse - the shower had an old curtain and was dripping water on the floor while hot water was not in great supply. Overall an inspiring experience, recommended!

"Great hotel, perfect location!"

10.0

We loved our stay at this grand old home at the foot of the Alhambra. The hosts speak little English, but we managed to get by fine anyway. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the many sites of Granada, and has a lovely large central room and courtyard for cooling off or resting your feet. Rooms are basic, but comfortable. Hosts are very warm and friendly. There is free Wifi.
