Il ragazzo che vendeva le escursioni. Maleducato e prepotente. Dopo un ora e passa per aspettare il pulmino per l'escursione, non ha nemmeno chiesto scusa

Da parecchi anni e più volte sono stato in questa struttura. Et il giusto compromesso.

Il ragazzo con la barba nera che si occupa di vendere le escursioni. Maleducato. Alla seconda escursione he abbiamo fatto, con un ritardo di 1 ora e 10 da parte del tour, nessun messaggio, nessuna scusa e nemmeno un saluto quando poi siamo rientrati la sera. Mai più con quella agenzia

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vicino alla via dello shopping di Naama bay, personale sempre gentile. Da migliorare i cuscini un pochino scomodi e allungare l'orario della cena di 1 ora. Attualmente termina alle 21.00, secondo me troppo presto.

Struttura un pò datata che si fa sentire nell'arredamento poco manutentato. Condizionamento della camera poco confortevole. Cibo troppo soffisticato e poco chiaro negli ingredenti. Consiglierei meno cose ma più semplici, sicuramente ci guadagnerebbero qualità ed economicità.

Special thanks to Mohamed and Samir at the bar for their outstanding service. Good housekeeping service with regular towel replacement and room replenishment. Varied and generally good food selection with different options available daily. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Daily entertainment activities provided by the animation team. Wi-Fi available in the rooms. Good value for money overall

The hotel's buildings, facilities, and overall appearance feel old fashion and would benefit from renovation. Public restrooms near the lobby and restaurant require more frequent cleaning and better maintenance. Food hygiene and buffet presentation could be improved, particularly regarding food covering and fly control. Limited flexibility on check-out day services, especially for families with children waiting for late departures. Lack of facilities at the beach area, such as changing rooms and lockers. Beach shuttle schedule is restrictive and not convenient for all guests, especially families. Wi-Fi speed could be improved. The behavior of the beach shuttle driver on Friday morning (around 9:30 AM) could have been more professional and welcoming, particularly in his interactions with Egyptian guests without reason and fault. The hotel still relies on several old fashion facilities and systems, including traditional room keys instead of electronic key cards, reinforcing the need for a comprehensive renovation and modernization program.
