We cannot rave about this place enough. Stefania, the manager, and her entire team were spectacular. This is really close to all of the action but tucked away so quiet in the evenings. Their recommendations were fantastic. We did not have to do a thing. They set up our day trip with lovely people, made recommendations for wonderful restaurants and we have never had the pleasure to meet nicer people anywhere in the world. if any company would like to teach their employees customer service, I would highly recommend this Riad. I have worked for a company with a extremely high reputation for service and this defines above and beyond. the complimentary breakfast was so fresh and delicious every morning. we got to enjoy the rooftop for a little bit and beautiful views.(little chilly while we were there)

In the crazy pace of Marrakech, this Riad is a quiet retreat to find some peace. The whole experience was amazing from the staff to the accommodation! Highly recommend the restaurant as well! Thanks to Riad 72 for a memorable stay.

After a day of walking and sightseeing, it was such a pleasure to come back and relax with a glass of wine in such a comfortable and welcoming environment. We would stay here again, and again.

When I enter the Riad I simply want to stay here for the whole day and don’t want to go out. Great staff, great service, great food. Only thing need to improve might be the shower area. Overall, definitely want to recommend to others.

What a lovely place to stay in the Medina of Marrakech! Great location; just a 10 min walk to reach the start of the souks and a 15min walk to the main square (Jemma El'Fna). Although like most Riads in that area they are hard to find and is a bit of a maze, once you learn the route inside it is easy to get in and out, and you realise the area is very safe and surrounded by friendly folk. The Riad is extremely pleasant inside and the staff were the most hospitable I have experienced anywhere. They were always very welcoming, greeted with genuine smiles and ensured that we had everything we needed. We stayed in a standard non-suite room which was nice, despite the 'bathroom' not having a door, it was nicely decorated with an authentic Moroccan theme. Breakfast was a delight with lots of pastries, fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee and eggs to order. Highly recommended!

This Riad was amazing.From the moment we walked in we were pampered and cared for. Stephania and all the staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend Riad 72 to anyone travelling to Marrakech It was an oasis!

We had a blast at the Riad: Stefania made of tha place a cosy and comfy, and very sweet quiet retreat in the heart of the Meadina. Her crew was fantastic, always here when needed, and discrete when not. Thanks for everything.
