The property was well located and staff were friendly.

The apartment itself lacked basic facilities that you’d expect for self catering accommodation. For example, there were no plates in the kitchen and limited utensils. Minimal toilet roll was provided. The inside of the apartment had a recurring unpleasant smell and is in need of redecorating. No room service meant the apartment required cleaning but inadequate cleaning supplies were left. Towels weren’t replaced and we were required to wash these ourselves which we didn’t expect. For the price, you’re better off spending slightly more and booking elsewhere.

The first apartment we were given was very small and dark. I asked if we could move, as it seemed like there were not many other guests. We were given a much bigger, lighter apartment, but it was directly above a restaurant with lots of noise until midnight or 2am, keeping us both awake. The third apartment we were given was better: bigger, lighter and quieter. However, the bathroom had a rancid smell that pervaded the whole apartment if you left the door open.
