Apartments in the Residence are well secured from each other, the territory is clean and quiet. The beaches are 4-minute walk away. We preferred Beach number 4, Quarta Spiaggia, as it is more secluded, cosy and picturesque. The location of the Residence is good, both for the several beaches and for the promenade and the port.

In general, everything was fine. Some lack of kitchen appliances, like a kettle or microwave oven. No parasol for the beach.

The location was good, close to the sea and convenient for exploring the area. It’s a nice base if you want to visit the nearby beaches and towns.

Unfortunately our stay was ruined by a strong and persistent sewage smell in the room. As soon as we entered, the odor was overwhelming. The diffusers placed in the flat only made things worse, mixing with the smell instead of solving the issue. We immediately reported it to reception. They told us someone would come to check, but we never received any follow-up. I also sent a message via Booking.com, but it was ignored. Someone eventually changed the diffusers while we were out, but the core problem was never addressed, and the bad smell remained until the end of our stay. We slept with open door and certainly couldn’t enjoy the room (flat 11). I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. No guest should go through something like this without support or at least a proper response.

El fuerte olor a tubería en la habitación fue muy desagradable. No hay suficientes enchufes. No hay donde cargar el móvil cerca de la cama ni como utilizar la tostadora porque no tenía adaptador ni enchufes. El agua caliente no funciona bien...empiezas la ducha con agua caliente y acabas con fría completamente. No es una buena relación precio - calidad.

I loved the location, very close to the beautiful beach, fabulous restaurant just down the residence, bar close for early morning coffee and croissant, supermarket very close only 10 m walk, location is perfect for families. Staff very friendly and open to help.

Unfortunately, the room with the wooden ceiling had some issues so we had a good few ants on the bed and floor, which the staff tried to solve, but without success, so I would ask for a different room, but we still loved the place and appreciated the effort.

Great property, all centred around the pool and deck area. Enough space in each room to be able to prepare own meals and privacy to be able to sit outside

Matelas du canapé inconfortable et sale, ménage pas fait du sable plein le sol et le canapé rempli de taches.Pas assez de vaisselles ( pas de bols ni tasses à thé, pas de plat pour le four ni gants ,pas de dessous de plats , pas de torchons, pas de cafetière ni bouilloire pas de grill pain pas d'éplucher à legumes ni roulette pizza). Le micro onde posé sur la cuisine mais aucune prise électrique donc il fallait le mettre par terre pour l'utiliser.une porte pour acceder au logement à coté presente mais aucune isolation on a l'impression de vivre avec les voisins. Pas de volets et rideaux pas assez occultant. Confort zéro pour un prix élevé. Les poubelles sont à côté de la porte et c'est des bacs ouverts sans couvercles.
