Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff 10/10

Very quiet of a night, good location, great staff, big room, clean, can not fault the hotel.

Staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly. The property was absolutely fine and worth the money that we paid. The area of Kuta at Xmas time and during rainy season is very dirty. And traffic is terrible at this time of the year. But the things you can see and do in Bali is outstanding you just need to be prepared to travel a long time in a car to access this.

Bed not comfortable..feel sandy, towels v old n looks n feel dirty

I booked this hotel after checking good reviews. im not sure Im unlucky one but i stayed only one night in the horrible room with broken shower head making flood in my toilet, and slept with sewerage smell. the room has no sun so it was so depressed. definitely they need to maintain the property better. if your budget allows please go to the others. however the staff was so kind and helpful so i felt sad more to be disappointed.

Very old and tired the room was musty and one chair in a double room lots of steps everywhere you needed to go
