Great location, good value compared to other hotels in Montreux. Lack of air-conditioning is an issue in August.

The location is great, 15 minute walking to the train station. Many shops, restaurants nearby. Lake is 10 minute away.

Too hot

Staff was great. They were friendly and super helpful. We stayed during August and during a heat spike and the lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. The room had a window but it didn't open much so the fan was not very effective

Our stay was extremely disappointing. No kitchen- I had booked it for kitchen. No tel in room, cob webs, blinds stuck, ceiling fan blew hot air, shower head kept falling, mattress springs were hurting and making noise. Absolute disgrace for a hotel. Never again. I am upset with hotels.com too for false rating and showing kitchen in their booking page. This hotel offers only 1 kitchenette on each floor. The manager wasn't helpful, lady receptionist was helpful but limited with resources. Only positive was it was right next to Leman river.

Always pleasure when I stay here

Bed was comfortable but there is no AC and the weather was on the warmer side. Very conveniently located, we walked everywhere even though we had a car. Next time I’d get the “Swiss Pass.” The parking garage had a very low ceiling over the entrance down ramp with tight angles so it took two of us to park to ensure the car didn’t scrape. I was traveling with meds and they don’t have an ice machine, so that was a little bit of a challenge. Conveniently located and there’s a wonderful Asian restaurant on the same block that was delicious!!

OK spot to spend a night. Very close to lake so great to promenade the shoreline and eat lakeside. Reception OK. Room for 3 adequate. View was of backs of buildings and unattractive rooftops. Workmen on neighboring building started early with noise.

The staff was nice, room was good, no AC but had a fan that kept us cold.
