Un departamento amplio

Mi experiencia en los apartamentos ha sido desigual. Quiero destacar que hoy, domingo, la atención recibida fue muy buena, amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Sin embargo, la recepción del viernes no fue tan satisfactoria. La señora que nos atendió se mostró poco cercana y poco empática, y recibimos escasa información sobre el alojamiento y los servicios disponibles. Considero que una acogida más cordial y una mejor información al llegar contribuirían mucho a que los huéspedes se sintieran bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Agradezco la buena atención recibida posteriormente y espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto de la recepción inicial.

There is no breakfast

The room needs maintenance for example the sink is blocked, the noisiness at night wouldn't let us sleep ect.
