The hotel is in a very central location, with an incredible setting that allowed us to reach everything on foot in just a few minutes. Excellent value for money and very friendly staff.

The building is a bit old and the rooms aren't very modern. The bathroom is very small, and we had some issues with the sink faucet.

"It could have been perfect but i was not accomodated for a late check out."

Far was an excellent employee The place was always clean

The room has only one outlet. The 2 other receptionist monica and a guy were not friendly and as accommodating as Far.

The hotel was in the center. It was easy to walk anywhere. Opera -metro station is just beside the hotel. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it.

The room that we got was smaller than any room in the pictures in Booking. It was big enough for me and my son, but maybe it was a little bit of a surprise in the beginning.
