breakfast was very very good,, we looked forward to it every morning, and the lovely maitre. as i am diabetic, he was fully aware before me saying anything on my needs which was a bonus. thank youth

there was nothing we did not enjoy, but garden can be beautified a little bit more

my room and massive terrace was superb.. breakfast was wonderful, our server was great knowing our needs every morning. freshly cooked breakfast every day,, and we had an evening meal there which was very good as well.. the hotel is superb

would have liked more attention in the garden, and have towels ready instead of asking for them. but it was being cleaned all the time, lovely hotel the bathrooms need some updating on the water taps and showers.

Beautiful restaurant and friendly stuff

We booked what seemed to be a 5 stars hotel but indeed it was a restaurant with few rooms upstairs. The level of maintainance was far below of what we would expect. broken windows, not properly working doors, not working ACs, if you open the warm water in the shower there is no warm water in the sink and thing like that was annoying. the property is located in a nice area but directly on the main road which makes it loud, especially with not properly closing windows. Not a good coffee for breakfast whicb was otherwise good.

Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu. Très bien situé Proche du centre de la Médina. Personnel très professionnel et aux petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner.

The Red House is excellently located in Marrakesh just beside the Medina. Breakfast was superb, the hotel is very clean and comfortable with a swimming pool, and the staff were very friendly and courteous, especially Abdul who provided a free upgrade and was very professional.
