"struttura non adeguata alle 4 stelle dichiarate"

Soggiorno deludente. L’albergo è dichiarato come un 4 stelle, ma non è assolutamente all’altezza: la struttura è vecchia e arretrata, la camera era sporca e poco curata. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, non è stata possibile perché la sala era ancora chiusa alle 9:30, mentre avrebbe dovuto essere aperta dalle 7:30. Un’esperienza negativa, non adeguata alla categoria indicata.

Le tende rotte, la polvere, la vasca , e soprattutto, ABBIAMO PAGATO LA COLAZIONE CHE DOVEVA INIZIARE ALLE 7.30 MA HA APERTO ALLE 10!!! Con una bambina siamo dovuti andare al bar !!!!!Totale mancanza di rispetto
