De kamer was in orde. Het aanbod bij het ontbijt was voldoende.

De koffie bij het ontbijt was minder goed. Er was geen machine waarmee je jezelf kon bedienen en er was geen aanbod van warme gerechten - ook geen spek of ei. Het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk.

"Staff semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSO!"

La stanza (320) spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. La colazione a buffet ricca e con prodotti di ottimo livello. La cosa sicuramente impagabile lo Staff: gentile, disponbile, accogliente. Ho dovuto soggiornare al Sandalia perchè abbiamo avuto un brutto incidente d'auto e mio marito era ricoverato all'ospedale San Francesco. Lo staff ha reso il mio soggiorno meno penoso, sono stati sempre non solo di aiuto dal punto di vista materiale ma anche morale, sempre sorridenti e disponibili a supportarmi nelle varie pratiche e consigliarmi. Lo raccomando senza nessunissimo dubbio. Tra l'altro la posizione è strategica senza però il minimo disturbo arrecato dal traffico dell'ospedale. Ringrazio ancora tantissimo tutto lo staff!!!
