Residence La Giara

très bel appart-hotel, le petit dej est pour tous les goûts et s'adapte aux demandes spéciales. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne, la climatisation est individuelles dans chaque chambre. le personnel est vraiment sympathique et serviable et répond à nos demande de conseils. le seul point faible est l'insonorisation des appartements: la salle de bain de la chambre d'a coté jouxtait notre chambre et tout les bruit (porte, lunette rabaissée, pommeau de douche accroché) s'entendait trop bien depuis le chambre.

El hotel está escondido detrás del paseo marítimo, muy cerca del puerto y rodeado por un magnífico jardín. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. La habitación enorme, así como el baño, con una grande cocina americana totalmente equipada. El desayuno muy bueno, más variado de lo que suele ser normal en Italia. El personal muy agradable y disponible, un día incluso se ofrecieron a prepararnos el desayuno media hora antes del horario de apertura del restaurante porque debíamos coger un barco a primera hora. Muy recomendable

Superb breakfast with coffee any way you like it, a beautiful, warm pool and near the heart of town.

We loved this hotel, the staff were brilliant and the location was excellent as it was really close to the ferry and the seafront. I had a medical problem whilst there, the staff helped get me to the local hospital to get it sorted out. They were so helpful! The accommodation is spacious and clean, and the grounds well maintained. Although there is no restaurant on site there is a short path through to the seafront where there are all the facilities you need including a supermarket with excellent local produce. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the ferry so access is very good. The town and the boats for the islands are about 10 minutes walk. Everything is on the doorstep which you need when the temperatures are in the 30's. .

Staff and management went out of their way to see that all was fine. Brilliant location. All that's needed in Lipari for your Aeolian experience.

Residence La Giara was a perfect location for our stay in Lipari. Our apartment was spotless and the garden was beautiful. The pool, though small was fine.
