Absence de personnel à la réception Il faisait froid, pas de chauffage N'a changé les serviettes qu'au bout de 3 nuits sur 4 Les draps n'ont pas été changé Une bouteille d'eau le premier jour seulement Jai fait une demande de réservation de taxi, on m'a dit oui puis on ne m'a pas prévenu du retard du taxi Très peu de débit d'eau à la douche, pas assez chaud
