Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Prato. Easy check-in process.

It can be quite noisy at night from the surrounding bars and restaurants. I just used a fan app in my phone to block the sound.

Original room had dangerous internal stairs

Location is inside the old town center of Prato which is great for day exploring. However during the evening dozens of street bars pop-up making the location very noisy until late night. Parking is several blocks away which should be considered if lugging heavy luggage.

The triple room was located on the top floor, built in to what used to be a loft. The double bed is located on a mezzanine inside the room.. Unfortunately the ceiling is very low and clearance under the wood beams is about 4 1/2 ft (140 cm). A nuisance, especially if you need to get up to use the toilet during the night. Had to tie a pillow to avoid hitting it inadvertently at night. Furnishings are quite basic, no night table to place glasses, book, etc. No breakfast is offered.

Great location for the conference at the university.

Could do with new pillows and maybe 2 each.

Close to a lot of restaurants. Clean

It was hard to communicate with staff, my Italian isn’t very good. But i would rent there again.
