The hotel is in a good location unfortunately there was big flooding disaster while we were staying there. The staffs tried their best to provide us most comfortable and service while we were stuck inside the hotel without electricity, hot water, WiFi, clean towels and regular foods for more than few days. Thank you to the staffs!

At the fifth day, there was no more water to use or take a shower, of course we understood that was out of control from the hotel. We had to ask and request to move to another hotel. There was only one young male staff helped us manually carrying our luggages from sixth floor down to the front desk floor by using the small stairways in the dark. That was unacceptable! The manager should provide more man power to help out in this situation!

It is close to major attractions around the area, free breakfast and good location. It is good for the money. I would stay next stay again next time.
